While you add a listing, OneClickOMS shows the current shipping charge and lower options for your product, and you apply the one you want before submitting. How much lower depends on the product, and sometimes there is no lower option.
No. OneClickOMS works in your browser on a computer, laptop or phone. Packing is done by scanning labels with your phone camera.
