Every return is scanned when it arrives and sorted into Godown, Reprocess or Bad stock. For a wrong, used, damaged or missing item, the phone app files the claim with the evidence each marketplace asks for: an unboxing video of up to 90 seconds plus photos for Meesho, and photos of the label and product for Flipkart.

Yes. Flipkart orders get their own claim form in the phone app. Flipkart asks for photos of the label and the product, not an unboxing video, so the form takes photos only.
For Meesho claims, up to 90 seconds, with sound optional. The app compresses it and also saves a copy to your phone gallery, or you can upload a video you already have.
