Meesho price calculator: price for the profit you want

• Revenue = sale amount + shipping revenue. Meesho adds the shipping revenue and takes off the shipping charge (incl. 18% GST), both its own internal figures; the shipping difference (revenue − charge) is what shipping really costs you. Meesho charges 0% commission.
• TCS (0.5%) and TDS (0.1%) are taken on the revenue without GST. Both are credits you claim back, so they lower what reaches your bank but not your profit; so is the GST inside the shipping charge.
• A customer return costs the return shipping charge; the product comes back to stock. An RTO costs no Meesho charge, only your packaging.
• Profit per shipped order = (1 − return rate − RTO rate) × (revenue without GST − shipping charge without GST − product cost) − returns × return charge without GST − packaging.
