Meesho guide
How to accept Meesho orders and ship them the same day
Short answer
A Meesho order ships only after you accept it and download its label. Labels downloaded before 11 AM are picked up the same day, later ones the next day. Late dispatch costs more than ratings: across OneClickOMS sellers’ orders, those shipped four or more days after they were placed came back as RTO 20% of the time, against 15% for next-day dispatch.
How to accept orders on Meesho
Step 1: Open pending orders
In the supplier panel, go to Orders and open the Pending tab.
Step 2: Accept the orders you can ship
Select them and accept. Leave out anything you cannot ship in time.
Step 3: Download the labels
Download labels for the accepted orders, ideally before 11 AM.
Step 4: Pack and hand over
Pack, scan and hand over to the courier at pickup.
With several accounts, repeat this in every account, every day.
Why 11 AM matters
Meesho’s support guidance says a label downloaded before 11 AM gets a same-day pickup; after 11 AM, the pickup moves to the next day. Accepting orders late in the morning can quietly add a day to every parcel.
Late dispatch and RTO
| Shipped after the order | RTO rate |
|---|---|
| Same day | 15.8% |
| Next day | 14.8% |
| 2 days | 15.0% |
| 3 days | 15.0% |
| 4 days or more | 20.3% |

Orders not to accept blindly
- Orders that lose money: when your cost is close to the selling price, returns and the shipping difference make it a loss.
- Orders without stock: an accepted order you cannot ship becomes a cancellation on your account.
- Orders for more than one unit, and repeat orders to the same name and pincode: check them first.
- Exchange orders: about 1% of Meesho orders; decide whether to fulfil or cancel them.
