  • Cancellations will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle. Users will retain access until that time.
  • No partial or prorated refunds will be provided for early cancellations.

2. Refund Policy

OneClick OMS follows a strict no refund policy. All payments made towards subscriptions, renewals, or add-ons are final and non-refundable.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided under any of the following circumstances:

  • Failure to use the service after purchase.
  • Change of mind after subscribing.
